1. …と同じ距離まで
- She didn’t walk as far as he did.
(彼女は彼ほど遠くまでは歩かなかった)
as far as は「…と同じ距離まで」の意味で使われます。
2. …に関する限りでは
- As far as I know, she’s still living in New York.
(私の知る限りでは, 彼女はまだニューヨークに住んでいます) - The restaurant, as far as I can remember, had the best pizza in town.
(私が覚えている限り, そのレストランは街で最高のピザを出していました)
as far as は「…に関する限りでは」の意味でも使われます。
例文（上）は as far as I know（私が知る限りでは）、例文（下）は as far as I can remember（私が覚えている限り）の形で用いられています。

as far asの使い方（前置詞用法）
1. …ほど遠く
- We can deliver the product to locations as far as 100 kilometers from our distribution center.
(配送センターから100キロメートル離れた場所にも製品を届けられます)
as far as は「…ほど遠く」の意味で使われます。
この意味の as far as は「…と同じ距離だけ」といったニュアンスがあります。上の例文であれば、100キロメートルほど離れた場所を指します。
2. (場所的に) …まで
- I’ll accompany you as far as the station.
(駅まで一緒に行きましょう) - We drove as far as Kyoto on our trip.
(旅行で京都まで運転して行きました)
as far as は「（場所的に）…まで」の意味で使われます。通例、具体的な場所（地点）が目的語になります。
- She can swim as far as the end of the pool without stopping.
(彼女は止まることなくプールの端まで泳ぎきれる) - I walked as far as the park this morning to enjoy the fresh air.

3. (進行の度合い) …まで

as far as … be concerned
- As far as I am concerned, you can do whatever makes you happy.
(私の意見としては, あなたは幸せになることなら何でもしていいのです) - As far as money’s concerned, education is an investment in your future.
(お金に関する限り, 教育は将来への投資です)
as far as … be concerned は「…の意見としては」や「…に関する限り」の意味で使われます。
例文（上）は as far as I am concerned（私の意見としては）、例文（下）は as far as … is concerned（…に関する限り）の形で使われています。
as far as … is/are concerned は、会話や英作文において、話題を焦点化する際の目印になります。例えば、次の文では、前後の文脈の中、as far as the employees are concerned（従業員に言わせれば）は、従業員の視点を取り上げる目印と言えるでしょう。
- As far as the employees are concerned, the new flexible work hours policy has been a game-changer.

as far as … goes
- The current website design is fine as far as it goes.

形容詞の後に as far as it goes が続くことで、「ある程度」や「それなりに」といった意味でも使われます。
(that’s) as far as it goes が文末に置かれる場合、「だがそれだけです（いっぱいいっぱいです）」といったニュアンスになります。
- I can offer you my support and advice, but that’s as far as it goes.
(あなたにサポートと助言を提供できますが, そんなところがいっぱいいっぱいです)
- The meal options in the cafeteria are fine as far as they go.

go as far as to do (doing)

as far back as は「ずっと以前の…まで（に）」の意味で使われます。

in so far as
- I will help you in so far as I am able to do so.
(私ができる限りあなたを助けます) - We can assist you in as far as our resources allow.
(私たちのリソースが許す限りあなたを援助します)
in so far as は「…の限りでは」の意味で使われます。
例文（上）の in so far as のほか、例文（下）の in as far as の形でも使われます。
insofar as と2語でつづる場合もあります。ただし、この用法に反対の立場の人もいます。

(私が伝えられる限り, 旅は晴れるはずです)

- He plans to cut down on unnecessary expenses as far as possible.
